Brand experience refers to the emotions, cognitions, and behavioral responses evoked by brand-related stimuli* in a physical or digital space. Design-thinking is the fast, iterative, agile and effective creative process that allows us to perform and create great things together. As the great mind of Web & App analyst Patrick Doran once said, design-thinking is more than a double diamond, it's a mindset. We share that perspective as we design our process for each project.

*Brand-related stimuli include any customer touchpoint with your brand or product in a physical or digital space. They’re the things people use to shape how they perceive, feel, and talk about your brand. And this is where we perform our solutions.

We focus on specific services within branding and communication. However, rather than the full range of services offered at agencies, we subcontract out various elements of the project, such as writing, programming, video or photography to our creative partners. Our internal processes, billing, availability and experience levels is what set’s us apart from other studios.

That said, brand experience design is a way of designing products and features with a more brand-conscious approach and a clear understanding of how to integrate strategic marketing into product experiences without getting in the way of the user.
